and delicious. Knowing how to make simple and gourmet
raw dishes that are appealling to the eye as well as
sensational for the taste buds, makes healthy eating

regular classes in the techniques of how to prepare
raw and living foods, since 2003.

About Diana
As a presenter Diana Store has given workshops in
Holland, USA, Belgium, Spain and Hungary. Originally
from the UK, Diana is now based in Amsterdam, where
she offers a multitude of services on the theme of
raw foods, including hosting events, writing articles,
producing wheatgrass and running the 'Raw Superfoods'
stall on the Noordermarkt, organic farmer's market.
Diana has an extensive knowledge healthy eating and
a unique perspective on natural lifestyles, which
she shares with clarity and enthusiasm.
